The Service and all its software, source code, algorithms, UI, text, graphics, and the "MindStat" name and logo are the exclusive property of the Owner, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Software is proprietary — not open source. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted to use the Service in a browser for your own lawful purposes. Code delivered to your browser to function grants no rights in that code.
You agree NOT to: copy, store, or redistribute the Service or its code; reverse engineer, decompile, or deobfuscate it; reproduce any portion in another product; create or assist any competing product; use bots or scrapers to bulk-access the Service; remove copyright notices; resell or commercially exploit the Service; circumvent any security measure.
Some features are free ("Free Tier"); others require payment ("Premium Tier"). Access to any tier does not enlarge the license granted or waive any restriction.
Statistical computation runs in your browser; raw datasets are not uploaded for Free Tier analyses. Optional AI features transmit only prompt text and statistical summaries to a server proxy, with your consent. See the Privacy page.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Results must be validated before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

الخدمة وكل برمجياتها وشيفرتها المصدرية وخوارزمياتها وواجهتها ونصوصها ورسوماتها واسم وشعار "MindStat" هي ملكية حصرية للمالك، محمية بقوانين حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية وغيرها. البرنامج احتكاري — وليس مفتوح المصدر. وكل الحقوق غير الممنوحة صراحةً محفوظة.
يُمنح ترخيص شخصي غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل وقابل للإلغاء لاستخدام الخدمة في المتصفح لأغراضك المشروعة. الشيفرة التي تُسلَّم لمتصفحك لتشغيل الخدمة لا تمنحك أي حقوق فيها.
توافق على ألّا: تنسخ أو تخزّن أو تعيد توزيع الخدمة أو شيفرتها؛ تجري هندسة عكسية أو فكّ ترجمة؛ تعيد إنتاج أي جزء في منتج آخر؛ تنشئ أو تساعد أي منتج منافس؛ تستخدم روبوتات أو كاشطات للوصول الجماعي؛ تزيل إشعارات الحقوق؛ تعيد البيع أو الاستغلال التجاري؛ تتحايل على أي إجراء أمني.
بعض الميزات مجانية ("الطبقة المجانية")؛ وأخرى تتطلب دفعاً ("الطبقة المدفوعة"). الوصول إلى أي طبقة لا يوسّع الترخيص الممنوح ولا يُسقط أي قيد.
تُنفَّذ الحسابات الإحصائية في متصفحك؛ ولا تُرفع البيانات الخام لتحليلات الطبقة المجانية. ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي الاختيارية ترسل فقط نص الطلب وملخصات إحصائية إلى وكيل خادمي، بموافقتك. راجع صفحة الخصوصية.
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع. يجب التحقق من النتائج قبل الاعتماد عليها.
إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل المالك مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة.
