What data does MindStat collect?

Your dataset never leaves your browser.

All computations run locally in JavaScript and WebAssembly (WebR). The file you import and the values you type are never uploaded — there is no code path that sends them anywhere.

Two features send derived content (results, not your dataset) to a server, and both are listed under “Third-party services” below with exactly what they send: AI interpretation and, for account holders, native Word export. Neither runs unless you invoke it.

Analytics — cookies used, and how to decline

MindStat uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure how the app is used:

GA4 is loaded with analytics_storage: 'granted' by default, which writes _ga and _ga_* cookies to your browser so repeat visits can be recognised.
Usage measurement only — page views, events, approximate location derived from your IP. No advertising, no ad profiling, no remarketing: ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are denied at all times, and Google Signals is off.
You can decline. Use the button below or the banner shown on first visit. Declining switches GA4 to cookieless mode, is remembered for a year, and is re-applied on every page load.
Your statistical data is never part of this — see the section above; it never leaves your browser at all.

Note for visitors in the EU/EEA and UK: because these cookies are set before you are asked, this configuration does not meet the prior-consent requirement of the ePrivacy Directive (Art. 5(3)). If you are in those regions and would rather not be measured this way, please decline below — your choice is stored and honoured.

You can change this at any time.

AI interpretation consent

Before sending any result summary to an external language model (Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude), MindStat asks for your explicit consent. Your raw data is never transmitted. You can revoke this consent at any time — the next AI request will re-prompt you. One exception: the SPSS Output Interpreter has to send the output text you paste into it (and an attached image, if any) because that text is what it interprets; it asks for its own consent, separately for text and for images, before anything is sent.

Third-party services

Google Analytics 4 — usage analytics with cookies by default; declinable (see above)
AI interpretation — when you click "AI Interpretation", your analysis results (no raw data) are sent to our server proxy, then to Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude. Raw data is never included.
Native Word (.docx) export — only for signed-in account holders, and only when you choose Export → Word. The result document — its tables, key figures, verdict lines and chart images, which contain your variable names, group labels and computed statistics — is sent to a MindStat Cloudflare Function that assembles the .docx and returns it. Your imported file and the underlying rows are not sent. Without an account this export runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing.
Error reports — if a script error occurs, MindStat posts the error message, the script name, the line and column, a stack trace and a timestamp to its own endpoint. No user agent, no full URL, no dataset, no variable names: MindStat's own error messages carry counts (n, k) and never data values.
Cloudflare Pages — static hosting; Cloudflare sees your IP and request path but no statistical data.
Google Fonts — the interface font is loaded from fonts.googleapis.com on every page, which reveals your IP address to Google the same way any embedded font or image would. No MindStat data is sent with it.
WebR / R-engine CDN — the in-browser R engine (WebR) used by "Verify with R" buttons is loaded from webr.r-wasm.org on first use, which reveals your IP address to that CDN. No MindStat data is sent with it.
Google Sheets import — if you import data from a Google Sheets link, the request is proxied through MindStat's own server (to work around a browser restriction Google's export endpoint has) before it reaches Google. Your spreadsheet's CSV content passes through that server in transit but is not stored there.
Contact form — a message you send via the form on the About page is relayed to MindStat's inbox through Resend (resend.com), a transactional-email provider. The message and the email address you give are stored only in that inbox.

Controller, legal basis & your rights (GDPR Art. 13)

Legal basis: analytics cookies and AI-interpretation requests run on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), revocable at any time using the buttons above; anonymous error logs and the basic hosting/CDN traffic above run on MindStat's legitimate interest in keeping the service working and secure (Art. 6(1)(f)); signed-in account/entitlement data runs on the contract you enter into by creating an account (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Retention: analytics cookies follow Google Analytics 4's standard measurement window, and are deleted the moment you decline. AI prompts and results are not stored on MindStat's own server beyond the single request-response cycle; a per-IP request counter (not the content) is kept for up to one hour purely to rate-limit abuse. Error reports are the anonymous technical fields listed above, kept in Cloudflare's standard log retention window. Signed-in account/entitlement data is kept for as long as the account exists.

Your rights: where data-protection law applies to you (including the EU/EEA/UK GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability where it applies. For analytics and AI consent, exercising "erasure" is self-service — the Decline/Revoke buttons above clear the underlying local storage immediately. For anything else, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in your own country of residence.

International transfers: MindStat's processors — Google (Analytics, Gemini, Fonts, Sheets), Anthropic (Claude), Cloudflare (hosting and the WebR CDN) and Resend (the contact-form relay) — are based in, or operate infrastructure in, the United States and other countries outside the EU/EEA. Where the GDPR protects you, this counts as an international transfer under its Chapter V; MindStat relies on each processor's own standard contractual clauses or certified transfer mechanism rather than running a separate one of its own — see each processor's own privacy policy for details.

Children: MindStat is a general-purpose statistics tool, not directed at children, and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

مجموعة بياناتك لا تغادر متصفحك أبداً.

تُنفَّذ جميع العمليات الحسابية محلياً في JavaScript وWebAssembly (WebR). الملف الذي تستورده والقيم التي تُدخلها لا تُرفَع أبداً — لا يوجد مسار برمجي يرسلها إلى أي مكان.

هناك ميزتان ترسلان محتوى مشتقّاً (نتائج، لا بياناتك) إلى خادم، وكلتاهما مذكورتان تحت «خدمات طرف ثالث» أدناه مع تفصيل ما تُرسله بالضبط: التفسير بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وتصدير Word الأصلي لأصحاب الحسابات. ولا تعمل أيّ منهما إلا إذا طلبتها أنت.

التحليلات — الكوكيز المستخدمة وكيفية الرفض

يستخدم MindStat Google Analytics 4 (GA4) لقياس كيفية استخدام التطبيق:

يعمل GA4 مع analytics_storage: 'granted' افتراضياً، ممّا يكتب كوكيز _ga و_ga_* في متصفحك للتعرّف على الزيارات المتكرّرة.
قياس الاستخدام فقط — مشاهدات الصفحات والأحداث وموقع تقريبي مستنتَج من عنوان IP. لا إعلانات ولا تتبّع إعلاني ولا إعادة استهداف: الخصائص ad_storage وad_user_data وad_personalization مرفوضة دائماً، وGoogle Signals معطّل.
يمكنك الرفض. استخدم الزر أدناه أو البانر الذي يظهر في أول زيارة. الرفض يُحوّل GA4 إلى وضع بدون كوكيز، ويُحفَظ لمدة سنة، ويُعاد تطبيقه في كل تحميل للصفحة.
بياناتك الإحصائية ليست جزءاً من هذا إطلاقاً — راجع القسم أعلاه؛ فهي لا تغادر متصفحك أصلاً.

ملاحظة لزوار الاتحاد الأوروبي والمنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة: لأن هذه الكوكيز تُوضَع قبل سؤالك، فإن هذا الإعداد لا يستوفي شرط الإذن المسبق في توجيه ePrivacy (المادة 5(3)). إن كنت في تلك المناطق وتفضّل عدم القياس بهذه الطريقة، فيرجى الرفض أدناه — واختيارك يُحفَظ ويُحترَم.

موافقة التفسير بالذكاء الاصطناعي

قبل إرسال أيّ ملخّص نتائج إلى نموذج لغوي خارجي (Google Gemini أو Anthropic Claude)، يطلب MindStat موافقتك الصريحة. بياناتك الخام لا تُرسَل أبداً. يمكنك سحب الموافقة في أي وقت — الطلب التالي سيظهر مرة أخرى. استثناء واحد: يجب أن يرسل «مفسّر مخرجات SPSS» نص المخرجات الذي تلصقه فيه (والصورة المرفقة إن وُجدت) لأنه هو ما يُفسَّر؛ ويطلب موافقة مستقلة، منفصلة للنص وللصور، قبل إرسال أي شيء.

خدمات طرف ثالث

Google Analytics 4 — تحليلات استخدام مع كوكيز افتراضياً، وقابلة للرفض (انظر أعلاه)
التفسير بالذكاء الاصطناعي — عند الضغط على "التفسير بالذكاء الاصطناعي"، تُرسَل نتائج تحليلك (بدون البيانات الخام) إلى وكيلنا، ثم إلى Google Gemini أو Anthropic Claude. البيانات الخام لا تُرسَل أبداً.
تصدير Word‏ (.docx) الأصلي — لأصحاب الحسابات فقط، وعند اختيارك «تصدير ← Word» فقط. يُرسَل مستند النتائج — جداوله وأرقامه الرئيسية وأسطر الحكم وصور الرسوم، وهي تتضمّن أسماء متغيّراتك وتسميات المجموعات والإحصاءات المحسوبة — إلى دالّة Cloudflare تابعة لـ MindStat تُجمّع ملف ‎.docx وتعيده. أمّا ملفك المستورَد وصفوفه فلا تُرسَل. وبدون حساب يعمل هذا التصدير داخل متصفّحك بالكامل ولا يرسل شيئاً.
تقارير الأخطاء — عند وقوع خطأ برمجي، يرسل MindStat رسالة الخطأ واسم الملف ورقم السطر والعمود وتتبّع المكدّس والطابع الزمني إلى نقطة النهاية الخاصة به. بلا معرّف متصفّح، وبلا رابط كامل، وبلا بيانات أو أسماء متغيّرات: رسائل أخطاء MindStat تحمل أعداداً (n، k) ولا تحمل قيم بيانات أبداً.
Cloudflare Pages — استضافة ثابتة؛ يرى Cloudflare عنوان IP ومسار الطلب فقط دون أي بيانات إحصائية.
Google Fonts — يُحمَّل خط الواجهة من fonts.googleapis.com في كل صفحة، وهذا يُظهر عنوان IP الخاص بك لـ Google تماماً كأي خط أو صورة مُضمَّنة. لا تُرسَل معه أي بيانات من MindStat.
محرّك R‏ (WebR) عبر CDN — يُحمَّل محرك R داخل المتصفح (WebR) المستخدَم في أزرار «التحقق بـ R» من webr.r-wasm.org عند أول استخدام، وهذا يُظهر عنوان IP الخاص بك لتلك الشبكة. لا تُرسَل معه أي بيانات من MindStat.
استيراد Google Sheets — إن استوردت بيانات من رابط Google Sheets، يُمرَّر الطلب عبر خادم MindStat نفسه (للالتفاف على قيد متصفّح في نقطة تصدير Google) قبل أن يصل إلى Google. محتوى جدولك بصيغة CSV يعبر ذلك الخادم في الطريق ولا يُخزَّن فيه.
نموذج التواصل — أي رسالة تُرسلها عبر النموذج في صفحة من نحن تُنقَل إلى بريد MindStat عبر Resend (resend.com)، مزوّد بريد إلكتروني للرسائل التشغيلية. تُخزَّن الرسالة وعنوان بريدك فقط في ذلك البريد.

الجهة المسؤولة والأساس القانوني وحقوقك (المادة 13 من GDPR)

الجهة المسؤولة: MindStat، ويمكن التواصل معها على [email protected] (انظر «التواصل» أدناه).

الأساس القانوني: تعمل كوكيز التحليلات وطلبات التفسير بالذكاء الاصطناعي على أساس موافقتك (المادة 6(1)(أ))، القابلة للسحب في أي وقت عبر الأزرار أعلاه؛ وتعمل تقارير الأخطاء المجهّلة ومرور حركة الاستضافة/CDN الأساسية أعلاه على المصلحة المشروعة لـ MindStat في إبقاء الخدمة عاملة وآمنة (المادة 6(1)(و))؛ وتعمل بيانات الحساب والاستحقاق لأصحاب الحسابات على العقد الذي تدخل فيه بإنشاء حساب (المادة 6(1)(ب)).

مدة الاحتفاظ: تتبع كوكيز التحليلات نافذة القياس المعتادة لـ Google Analytics 4، وتُحذَف فور رفضك لها. لا تُخزَّن مطالبات ونتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي على خادم MindStat نفسه بعد دورة الطلب والرد؛ ويُحتفَظ بعدّاد طلبات لكل عنوان IP (لا بالمحتوى) لمدة تصل إلى ساعة واحدة لغرض الحدّ من إساءة الاستخدام فقط. تقارير الأخطاء هي الحقول التقنية المجهّلة المذكورة أعلاه، ويُحتفَظ بها في نافذة الاحتفاظ المعتادة لسجلات Cloudflare. تُحفَظ بيانات الحساب والاستحقاق لأصحاب الحسابات طالما بقي الحساب قائماً.

حقوقك: حيث ينطبق عليك قانون حماية البيانات (بما فيه GDPR في الاتحاد الأوروبي/المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية/المملكة المتحدة)، يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية وتصحيحها ومحوها وتقييد معالجتها أو الاعتراض عليها، وحق نقل البيانات حيثما ينطبق. بخصوص التحليلات وموافقة الذكاء الاصطناعي، تطبيق «المحو» ذاتي الخدمة — أزرار الرفض/السحب أعلاه تُفرّغ التخزين المحلي فوراً. لأي شيء آخر، راسل [email protected]. يحق لك أيضاً تقديم شكوى إلى السلطة الرقابية لحماية البيانات في بلد إقامتك.

النقل الدولي للبيانات: مزوّدو MindStat من الطرف الثالث — Google (التحليلات، Gemini، الخطوط، Sheets) وAnthropic (Claude) وCloudflare (الاستضافة ومحرك WebR عبر CDN) وResend (ترحيل نموذج التواصل) — مقرّهم أو تعمل بنيتهم التحتية في الولايات المتحدة ودول أخرى خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي/المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية. حيثما تحميك اللائحة GDPR، يُعدّ هذا نقلاً دولياً بموجب فصلها الخامس؛ ويعتمد MindStat على البنود التعاقدية القياسية أو آلية النقل المعتمدة الخاصة بكل مزوّد بدل إنشاء آلية خاصة به — راجع سياسة خصوصية كل مزوّد للتفاصيل.

الأطفال: MindStat أداة إحصائية عامة الغرض، غير موجَّهة للأطفال، ولا تجمع عمداً بيانات شخصية من أطفال دون 16 عاماً.
